2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that the removed material was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent.
A valid Counter-Notification must include:

Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (if in the U.S.) or the district where Grootstoree operates, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice.

4. Repeat Infringers
Grootstoree reserves the right to terminate accounts of users, artists, or sellers who are repeat copyright infringers.
We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable copyright laws, even without a formal DMCA notice.
5. Misuse of DMCA Policy
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
We encourage both copyright owners and users to resolve disputes responsibly and truthfully.
