Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Grootstoree!
Because all our products are print-on-demand, each item is made uniquely for you. This means we do not keep inventory and cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase — please review our policy below for eligible cases.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Products

Since every product is custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size or color choice

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

Please make sure all details, including size, color, and customization, are correct before confirming your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (defect, misprint, or wrong item).

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.


3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping time:

  • First, check your tracking number and contact your local postal service.

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Please note: Grootstoree is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or postal service disruptions.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours after placement.
After production begins, we are unable to cancel or change your order since it has already been sent for printing.


5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.


6. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
